1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Borcelle. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must not be damaged, opened, or tampered with.

- Shipping the Product: Once you have received the RA number, securely package the product in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the instructions we provide. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it. If the return meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
2. Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s), minus the return shipping cost, to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider.
Note: If you paid using a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit for future purchases, rather than to your original payment method.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We want to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the case of a defective or damaged product, Borcelle will cover the return shipping costs and offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement product of the same type.
